Consisting mostly cards and coins, this book contains the earliest description of the Downs palm: a concealment that allows you to hold several coins in your hand, and yet the hand seems truly empty. Downs was a legendary coin handler, and the Professor, Dai Vernon, thought the world of him and spoke of him often. Don’t miss the part in the card section with a description of the One Hand Drop, an extremely difficult flourish that Downs performed superbly. Everyone should have this book.
